Today we are excited to announce the preview of the Skio Data Platform which represents the future of data and analytics at Skio.
We heard your pain points around wanting to simplify the analytics to match our exports loud and clear. We listened to this feedback carefully and designed the Skio Data Platform with the following principles in mind
Our mission at Skio has always been to create tools to grow your brand’s subscription program. So far we’ve provided tools like Surprise and Delight, Volume Discounts, and Conditional Cancel Flow which have been demonstrated to increase the LTV of your subscriber base.
In 2023, the Skio Data Platform will be a core part of this mission.
Moving forward, we will be building & enhancing new and existing features which will allow you to experiment and A/B test — the Skio Data Platform is a key part of this strategy since it will allow you to use data to drive these decisions.
In the preview phase, we will be collecting user feedback and using that to continuously iterate and improve. Please let us know what you like and don’t like.
In June, we will be phasing out our legacy analytics in favor for the Skio Data Platform.
