A Fresh Look, Same Reliable Functionality

We’re committed to delivering a top-notch user experience for all of our

merchants. Recognizing that the visual layout of our dashboard plays an

integral role in how efficiently you can navigate and utilize the subscriber

dashboard, we decided it was time for a change. Enter our new subscription

card view!

With this update, individual subscriptions now appear as distinct visual

cards, offering a sleeker, more organized presentation. We believe that this

intuitive layout not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also streamlines

your workflow, making critical subscriber information easy to view.

But don’t worry! While we’ve given the layout a complete makeover, we've kept

the functionality you know and love intact. You'll still have access to all

the features and tools that make our subscription overview dashboard a

powerhouse.

Let’s break it down!

Individual subscriber order overviews are super easy to see. See total order

value, order contents, and easily add discount codes all in one place. 

We’ve moved subscriber data to the right sidebar: all relevant customer data

is in one place, including shipping address, payment method, and subscription

IDs.

Quick subscriber actions are now at your fingertips: skipping orders, setting

dates for new orders, or canceling existing orders has never been easier.

Why the Change?

While the previous design served us well, we saw the opportunity to deliver a

more visual and structured overview of individual subscriptions. After some

new design and development, we’re proud to deliver a better subscription card

view.
