We’re happy to share some new updates that are going to make your life easier when using Skio. You asked, and we listened. You can now directly in the Skio dashboard:
Let’s dive into these two updates!
Need to update a subscribers’ credit card information? Now you can do it quickly and easily within our dashboard. Our updated payments management feature allows you to change your credit card details without needing to leave Skio. Gone are the days of not being able to add payments if Shopify is having some technical difficulties.
Here’s how it works.
Go to Subscriptions > Manage and find the “Customer” section on the given subscription you want to edit.
Click Manage > Update payment method.
You’ll see this screen pop up from the side.
Go ahead and add, edit, or manage the payment method!
Have customers who are eager to subscribe but less adept at navigating online platforms? No worries. You can now create a subscription directly in our dashboard.
Here’s how it works.
Simply go to the subscriptions page in your dashboard and click the "Create Subscription" button in the top righthand corner.
Then, enter customer details.
Build the requested subscription for the customer.
Add a new payment method or select an existing one.
Review and submit!
Easy as that.
With these updates, you can manage customer subscriptions more effectively, whether that means changing payment methods or helping customers fire up new subscriptions immediately.
So there you have it: two big upgrades to the Skio dashboard that will make your experience much more efficient.
