Automations (beta)

We’re extremely excited to announce our latest open-Beta: Automations. To put it simply, this is like SKU swaps on steroids. You are now empowered to create powerful workflows based on granular conditions, and perform one, or multiple actions based on that trigger.

Actions include:

• Bundle expansion: Remove a line item, and replace it with multiple. Perfect for single SKU bundles at checkout that need to become multiple individual products.

• Add discount: Ever thought of unlocking permanent discounts upon hitting a certain order #? Retention: 1, Premature cancellation: 0

• Add / Remove / Swap product: Did a customer’s subscription hit a certain $ threshold? Nothing says “thanks” like a VIP product no one else can get. 

• Change interval: Need your 1 month trial to become a 2 month recurring sub? No problem.

• Delay billing: Need extra time before certain orders? We got you.

Gorgias Integration Improvments

This upgrade dials up the properties Skio passes over to Gorgias to an 11 (take a look at the screenshot below). In addition to having a much more comprehensive view of your customers’ info, we’ve included 1-click links so that you and your team can take necessary customer actions, without ever having to log into Skio. 

The best part about this is that if you already had Gorgias integrated with Skio, you don’t have to do a single thing: We’re pushing the update to you. Take a moment and read our updated help doc to uncover its cutting-edge capabilities.
