Skio’s Quick Actions are designed to be flexible and fast. It’s easy to set up these actions through the Skio dashboard to send links to customers via email or SMS for 1-time upsells, discounts, subscription skips, and more. Quick Action links are also configurable for Klaviyo flows.

The latest update to Quick Actions is a game-changer. In the past, customers were required to log in to complete an action. Now, customers can complete actions with a single click without the need to log in. This new process will improve your customers’ subscription experience, making it more likely they'll engage with the actions.

The same Quick Actions you love, now with the benefit of higher completion rates. Let’s outline what this means for brands and for customers.

Brands

Brands can now configure whether a Quick Action requires a customer to be logged in to complete it through the Quick Actions builder in the Skio dashboard. If you need a refresher on how to set up quick actions, click here to check out the help guide.

Once you have your link set up, simply toggle “Allow action without logging in” and copy the URL to your clipboard. Easy as that!

Additionally, measures including cooldowns are in place to ensure that links are used appropriately.

Customers

When a customer clicks on a Quick Action link it will deliver them to a landing page to complete the action without logging in. However, if they wish to view their full subscription page, they will have to log in.
