Build a box (preview)

We announced a private preview of our build a box feature in May. Use build a

box to sell a bundle of products and allow your customers to pick what items

go into that bundle. Some example use cases:

• Mix and match flavors: Sell a six-pack drink subscription. Let your customer

  pick which six flavors.

• Monthly subscription box: Sell a monthly beauty box with three items

  (lipstick, lotion, and mystery item). Let your customer pick which lipstick,

  which lotion, and configure a fixed mystery item.

Automerge

Have a customer with multiple subscriptions that fall on the same day?

Automatically merge them into one order. Save on shipping costs and be

eco-friendly.

Dunning and retention dashboards

We shipped two new dashboards to the Skio Data Platform. Use the dunning

dashboard to investigate failed billing attempts and reduce passive churn. Use

the retention dashboard to analyze performance of cohorts by subscription sign

up date.
