We've re-implemented our analytics dashboard with special focus on clarity of definitions and the ability to export the raw data which is used to generate the high level metrics. Learn more in our announcement post.
Cancel flow allows you to offer discounts and actions in order to prevent subscribers from churning. In April, we've overhauled the feature in order to allow you to generate personalized cancel flows for each subscriber based on their past behavior.
For example: give a steeper discount for VIP customers who have spent more with your brand.
Also included is the ability to experiment with multiple treatments for the same cancellation reason. We've produced easy to use analytics in the Skio Data Platform which will help you configure the perfect cancel flow.
We're begun making UI/UX improvements to our merchant dashboard in order to make it even easier for our customers to manage their subscription program.
