Build a Box V3 is a complete rebuild of the merchant dashboard for creating and managing boxes.
We consolidated all box configuration into Skio with Shopify syncing and baked selling plan creation directly into the setup flow. This is for brands using static boxes (fixed quantities at set prices), dynamic boxes (flexible quantities with tiered discounts), or sectioned boxes (multiple category selections). The old process required 12 steps and constant platform-switching between Skio and Shopify to publish a box. Now you create a box through a guided 3-step flow, upload product images that sync to Shopify, and build selling plans inline without leaving the dashboard. Changes sync both ways between Build a Box and Selling Plans. You get a live preview panel that updates as you configure settings so you can see exactly what the box will look like. All merchants move to the new dashboard automatically the week of Feb 23, and existing boxes carry over with their settings intact. The customer-facing box builder update is coming in a future release and will be opt-in only to accommodate customized experiences.
It collapses a 12-step process into 3-4 clicks, makes box building more engaging for customers, and keeps all your box management in one place.
