CPv3 got three fixes this week.
Custom blocks now have access to firstName and lastName, so you can personalize portal content with subscriber names. Prepaid swap options, which were broken, are working again. And the cancel flow no longer crashes for prepaid subscriptions. This is for brands on CPv3 using custom blocks for personalization, offering prepaid subscriptions, or seeing subscribers hit errors when trying to cancel.
Fewer crashes mean fewer support tickets, and proper prepaid handling means subscribers can actually manage their subscriptions without hitting dead ends.
