Smart Upsell is Skio's tool for showing one-time product upsells in the customer portal, helping merchants drive extra revenue from existing subscribers.
We rebuilt the dashboard with a refreshed UI that matches the rest of Skio, a new product selector, and rules sorted by numeric priority (Rule 1, 2, 3) with drag-and-drop reordering instead of the older High/Medium/Low labels. The biggest change: products added to a Smart Upsell rule are eligible to be upsold without needing a separate toggle on the Products page, so you stay in one place to build out your upsell strategy. Promotion groups now live inside each rule, with one promotion group per rule, and "Card tag name" has been renamed to "Promotion group badge" to match its toggle under Personalization. Existing rules and product eligibility carry over for stores already running Smart Upsell.
