Integration
The Gorgias widget now surfaces the correct cancel flow information. Previously, cancel flow data wasn't displaying accurately in the widget, which made it harder for CX teams to see what retention offers a subscriber had already received. Now when you pull up a customer in Gorgias, you'll see the right cancel flow context. This is for support teams who need full visibility into a subscriber's journey without switching tabs.
