Dashboard
Bulk operations, shipping resyncs, segment builds, and Shopify syncs in your dashboard now report their progress right on the page, from the moment you click to the final count.
A shipping resync across thousands of subscriptions runs long enough to tempt anyone into clicking the button again or closing the tab and hoping, so each of these jobs now gets a status alert that shows whether it’s queued, running, or done, and which teammate started it. The alert survives a refresh, shows up live for anyone else signed in to the store, and locks the resync and sync buttons until the job finishes, so two people can’t start the same one twice. Leave the page mid-job and the alert is still there when you come back. And if you started a bulk operation or resync by mistake, you can stop it before it finishes. When a job wraps up, you get the result in plain numbers, like how many subscriptions changed or how many variants synced, plus a report you can download. If some subscriptions don’t go through, the alert says how many and hands you that list as a CSV, so you can deal with the stragglers directly.
That matters most on jobs touching a big chunk of your subscriber base, where the only question you need answered before moving on is whether it worked and what it touched.
