Journeys now trigger "After a product is added" actions when customers swap products, not just when they add new ones.
We updated the trigger logic so product swaps fire the same automation rules as additions, letting you update pricing or trigger other actions post-swap.
This is particularly useful for brands who rely on dynamic pricing and automations for thousands of subscribers—they needed swap events to behave like additions to keep their workflows running.
When a subscriber swaps Product A for Product B, your Journey rules kick in automatically to adjust price, send notifications, or take other configured actions. It gives you greater flexibility in constructing Journeys and eliminates manual workarounds for brands managing complex subscription logic at scale.
