Customer Portal
The customer portal v3 payment flow on mobile had several friction points that made updating payment methods harder than it needed to be.
We fixed them. Keyboards no longer cover input fields when subscribers enter card details, drawers scroll smoothly, and Safari navigation works reliably. We also improved products page performance in the dashboard for merchants with large catalogs. The result is a cleaner payment update experience on mobile across the board, fewer drop-offs mid-flow, and fewer support tickets about payment updates failing on phone.
