The cancel flow splash screen is the interstitial that appears before a subscriber enters the cancel flow.
You can now configure a discount offer as the action on your splash screen. Set the discount type (percentage or fixed amount), how many orders it applies to, and the title, subtitle, and media you want displayed. This gives you a save opportunity before the subscriber ever sees a cancel reason, which is exactly when they're most likely to take it.
Catching intent at the door reduces how many subscribers make it deeper into the flow.
