Customer Portal v3 is a complete rebuild of Skio's subscription management experience for your customers—redesigned from scratch for speed, flexibility, and accessibility.

We rebuilt the entire portal with merchant customization at top of mind, so merchants can change the layout, buttons, and design of their customer portal page. You get a live preview editor, static CSS classes that won't break when we ship updates, and the ability to save drafts before publishing. This is for merchants who want a faster, clearer, and more customized portal that converts better and reduces support load.

Customers with multiple subscriptions now land on an overview page showing all active, inactive, and failed subscriptions in one view—making reactivations easier. On mobile, key actions like "Get Now" and "Skip" are at the top (no more scrolling), and "Add Product" is front and center to boost AOV.
