Cancel Flow
New
Cancel flow previews let you see any step of your flow the way a subscriber sees it, without going and finding a subscription that happens to match that step's conditions.
Until now, checking how a treatment rendered meant opening the customer portal and clicking through a live flow on a real subscriber, which is fine for a first step everyone hits and impossible for a branch gated behind six completed orders and a specific product. Now every node with a customer-facing side, your start node, your reasons list, and your treatments, carries a preview button that renders that step on its own. It's interactive, so you click through it the way a subscriber would. And because it isn't bound to a subscription, you can look at a branch nobody currently qualifies for, which is usually the branch you most want to see. Previews render the step's UI rather than a specific customer's data, so what you're checking is layout, copy, and how the offer reads, not whether a given subscriber will land there.
The value is that you find the wrong-sounding save offer while you're still building it, instead of finding it in your churn numbers a month later.
