Customer Portal
New
Add Product on Subscription Overview puts a buy-more button on the first screen your subscribers see in the customer portal.
Until now the overview card gave a customer three ways to act: order early, skip, or open details. Adding more lived a screen away, so a subscriber who wanted a second bag of coffee had to click into details and go looking for it. Now you can switch on an Add product button that sits right beside Get now and Skip. You'll find it under Customer Portal > Experience, in Add product button in overview page. Subscribers with a box get routed somewhere smarter. If the subscription already holds a sectioned, dynamic, or static box, the button opens that box's editor instead of a separate product list, because someone with a box almost always means add to my box, not start a new line. This is for merchants who treat the portal as a storefront rather than a settings page.
The overview page is where your portal traffic lands, and giving it a way to say yes turns your most-visited screen into an AOV lever. It stays off until you turn it on.
