We added a banner to the customer portal that detects stuck 3DS payments and gives customers a clear path to authorize them.
This is for merchants dealing with failed or stalled subscriptions due to European banking requirements or card verification holdups. When a subscriber's payment is waiting on 3DS, they see a clear message explaining what's needed and can authorize directly from the portal.
Fewer stuck subscriptions, less support overhead, and better payment recovery without manual follow-up.
