Klaviyo profiles now update correctly when a customer changes their email address. Previously, if a subscriber updated their email in the portal or on their account, that change didn't sync back to Klaviyo—meaning your flows and segments were targeting the old address. Now email updates push to Klaviyo automatically. This is for brands running lifecycle flows in Klaviyo who need subscriber data to stay in sync without manual intervention.
