The new subscription management experience is a redesigned interface for managing customer subscriptions in Skio.
We rebuilt the subscription detail view with a timeline showing creation date, last order date, and last status change, so you can instantly see why a subscription failed or when a customer last ordered. This is for merchants and CX teams who manage subscriptions daily and need to quickly troubleshoot issues and take action.
The new design moves all actions to the top (matching Portal v3), uses shorter cards so you see more subscription details without scrolling, and adds filtering for under review and 3DS payment status. Search results now persist when you navigate between subscriptions.
It cuts the time spent hunting for context, makes troubleshooting faster, and reduces the clicks needed to act on a subscription.
