Quick Actions
Backup product quick actions now cover every out-of-stock item in one link. Quick Actions are Skio’s one-click links that take subscribers straight to a task, and Backup Products uses them to let customers choose a replacement before billing when something in their order runs out. Until now, each link pointed to a single product, so an order with several out-of-stock items meant sending several links.
Now a generic link handles the whole order: your customer taps once, sees every product that needs a backup, and picks replacements in one pass. You choose the mode, targeting a specific variant or applying selections across all affected lines.
That’s one email instead of three for you, one clear step instead of a scavenger hunt for your customer, and an out-of-stock moment that still ends with an order that ships. Backup Products already keeps a stockout from costing you the order. This makes sure it doesn’t cost your customer extra clicks either.
