Quick Actions

Generalized Quick Actions let a Quick Action link find the right subscription on its own, so you can send one link to every subscriber without passing a subscription ID.
A QR code printed on every packing insert reads the same in every box, and an SMS short link can’t carry a different variable for each person who taps it, so links built for those channels need a target that doesn’t depend on who’s holding them. Now you can set a universal link to act on whichever active subscription bills next, the most recently paused one, or the most recently cancelled one, and Skio picks the right subscription the moment the link opens. Subscribers who are already signed in go straight to the usual Quick Action page. Anyone who isn’t gets asked to sign in first, and links set to an automatic target use the standard confirm page rather than a custom landing page. Links that pass a subscription ID keep working exactly as they do today, and they’re still the right call when an action needs to hit one specific subscription.
What this buys you is reach, because a pause-recovery offer on a mailer or a reactivation code at the bottom of a packing slip can now run a real subscription action.
