Customizable Skip Options let you define how many times and how far in advance subscribers can skip orders. We added skip limit controls in the Customer Portal Settings where you set rules for skip behavior. This is for brands that want to prevent abuse of skip functionality or maintain consistent order frequency. You can limit skips to once per period, require minimum time between skips, or restrict how far ahead they can skip. It reduces skip abuse, maintains revenue predictability, and prevents subscribers from skipping indefinitely.
