Customer-Level Surprise & Delight lets you reward a subscriber once across all their subscriptions instead of once per subscription.

S&D rules used to track at the subscription level, which meant a customer with three subscriptions could earn the same gift three times, and anyone willing to cancel and restart could farm rewards on repeat. The milestone now counts total subscription orders across everything a customer has with you, so a reward fires once on their fourth order no matter how many subscriptions they're running or how many times they've restarted one. Set it up the same way you do today: pick the target order count, choose the gift, and toggle between subscription-level and customer-level targeting. Subscribers see a banner at the top of their portal counting down to the reward, the same way Loyalty does. If both a customer-level and subscription-level rule match the same order, the customer-level rule wins.

This protects your margins from gift farming, keeps reward spend predictable, and gives subscribers a clear reason to stick around for the next milestone.
